You can call our scheduling department directly at 786-655-8010 or submit a request for an appointment here. Please note all requests will be followed up with a phone call to confirm the appointment.

We treat a wide range of neurological conditions including headaches, migraines, seizures, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s and dementia, CIDP, myasthenia gravis, stroke, dizziness, tremors, and more.

Please bring your ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, prior test results (such as MRI or lab work), and any relevant medical records. If you've had symptoms like seizures or fainting, bringing videos (if available) can also help.

It depends on your insurance plan. Some require a referral from a primary care provider, while others allow direct scheduling. Our team can help you navigate your insurance requirements.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients in need of care.
Missed consultations without proper notice will incur a $50 fee.

Missed procedures or diagnostic tests (such as EEG, EMG, or NCV) will result in a $100 fee.
We understand that emergencies happen—please contact our office as soon as possible if you're unable to make your appointment.

There is patient parking on-site as well as valet service.
