Dr lerman I feel it's a very nice patient kind person. I'm not sure he knows that his staff does not return calls when pressing number 2 for return call. I was sent for an MRI, and this is my third time calling to make a new appointment for my results. 3 times I have not gotten a call back. I may have to take this disc and report to a new office. It's sad because he's a good person. I think he needs to know a bit more about his staff.

When I just pulled in to my appointment (building) and the first thing that caught my eye was the view. Boats and the water. The scenic view. It set the tone and wasn’t afraid to go to the new place. I’m satisfied with the morning parking. I don’t know how it will be during afternoon hours. Parking was easy. It’s a pay by phone which it wasn’t hard. The facility was clean spacious. As I went in, The receptionist or I don’t know how you called the person that opens the window. Sorry about that. She was very polite and answered all my concerns, my questions. The wait time, I would say I did not wait long. I was. I was very comfortable in the waiting room. They called me in and took my information, The first thing I noticed was a beautiful view out the window. I kept admiring the outside, which calmed my nerves. The nurse came and he was very polite and answered my questions, which was a good thing. The doctor came in. Dr Lerman asked me questions and I like that he was paying close attention as I was talking. He explained to me about the tests and so forth. I am confidence and I do recommend this place. I recommend to see the neurologist. I was kind of hesitant but the Dr. Lerman , he is knowledgeable and not quick to give me medicine , instead options which is an A+. He wanted to first run some tests before he can do anything else. I am very satisfied with his answer. I do recommend Dr. Andrew Lerman the neurologist.
