Dr. Andrew Lerman is an amazing doctor and person! He took one of the scariest moments of my life and made sense of it for me. He brought me to a sense of comfort about it all. The front staff are friendly; Medical Assistants and/or Nurses very kind. Dr. Lerman took his time the two times I went to his office and he attended me. He did a physical test on my limbs responsiveness; answered all my questions; asked about my history and background; and encouraged me to seek rheumatological and gynecological when all seems well neurologically--fortunately! Yes, this sounds like basic Dr. bed-side manners, but it is not always seen or experienced, and makes all the difference, especially when it comes to the uncertainty and worry of the pain one is experience; it also helps in the confidence the patient is closer to an answer or has eliminated one of their concerns when Doctors are thorough and empathetic as I experienced with Dr. Lerman.
