Dr Lerman is the most remarkable neurologist. I do not think a better option to Dr Lerman exists and I am more than thankful that I chose him. My experience, from the moment I walked into his office was very professional, warm and friendly. Every member of staff is really very nice, they all made me feel welcome, comfortable and answered all of my questions. Nothing was a problem or an issue. I am a severe chronic migraine sufferer and I have been for more than 30 years. I have the worst migraine headaches you can imagine at least 27 days in every month. They are HORRIBLE. I throw up everyday, i'm ill all the time.. I've seen a GAZILLION doctors! Taken every migraine pill and nothing worked.. Enter Dr Andrew Lerman - a severe chronic migraine sufferer's dream neurologist !! He GETS IT. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable, he is kind, compassionate, patient, he listens, Dr Lerman is solving my chronic migraine issues when, for over 30 years no other neurologist could. Dr. Lerman really knows his stuff when it comes to Neurology. At my first visit, he didn't waste any time and gave me a bunch of treatment options. He's not shy about ordering any tests that might be needed to cover all bases. What's great is that he doesn't rush you through appointments – he actually takes the time to talk things over. Plus, his staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home during my first visit. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment with him! TIP: There is a parking garage and they will validate your parking so you save on the rate.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Lerman over a month ago. One hour before my appointment I received a call from his office cancelling my appointment because the medical team could not verify my insurance. I was charged an exorbitant consult fee of $ 988.00. I was given an appointment for a nerve conduction test and follow up with Dr. Lerman. Because I was paying out of pocket I asked the medical team to please let me know the cost of both; nerve test and follow up visit. I am still waiting for the call back. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years, working with insurance companies; to help my patients. The medical team and Dr. Lerman need to get it together. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend this office to anyone.
