The office visits are fine but calling the office with a problem is a problem. The first time I called with a concern that I wanted an answer from the doctor I was flatly refused. At this last visit I asked the question I had called about and got the answer from the doctor quickly. It was an important question. The doctor referred me to an ENT and that office wanted my records before I could make an appointment. Fortunately the young man that always checks me in answered the phone and he promised to send the records out. I called the other doctor office the next day but now they want a script for a hearing test before I can make an appointment. I called and could only leave a message. I waiting two days and did not get a return call and then the office was closed. I can not continue with a doctor’s staff who can not respond to my needs. My next call will be to cancel my next appointment and find another doctor with a staff that cares about me.
