My perception of a doctor always flunks to subzero when their out of pocket rates surpass $350; this office is amongst the most ridiculous rates I’ve heard in my life. That says a lot taken that I’ve had to navigate the American health system my whole life. When a patient is willing to pay out of pocket it’s because they truly need a doctor. It’s unethical to try to squeeze that amount of money out of a patient just because your out of their insurance network. A first time out of pocket consultation in this office is nearly 1/4 of a 2 year orthodontic treatment. You do the math.

Everyone was nice and professional. My adult son felt very comfortable and listened to. The doctor communicated everything very well. The staff were amazing, even though I forgot some things needed for the appointment. Thank you and amazing place!
In my experience, this is only the second doctor I have been to in my lifetime that I have had such minimal wait time to be seen. Dr. Lerman was very thorough, has lovely bed side manners and explains everything clearly, slowly and in layman's terms. His staff is courteous and efficient.
