Knowledgeable and caring doctor
I accompanied my mother to her initial office visit with Dr. Lerman in March 2020, as well as her six (6) subsequent visits. We have found him to be a knowledgeable, caring and competent Physician, supported by a professional and attentive staff, who values their patient's time. These much appreciated character traits, are unfortunately, very much lacking throughout the broader South Florida Medical community. In short, you can expect premier medical service from a Medical team that will not have you waiting for a given appointment, that THEY THEMSELVES DO NOT KEEP!
I am grateful & delighted for the care, assistance & guidance that I have received from Dr. Lerman & his staff. I had an episode of disorientation which led me to leave my home & calling my daughter completely loss. This prompted my daughters to contact Dr. Lerman’s office. I have always been an anxious & fearful person & this incident drove me insane. The first day that my daughter took me to see Dr. Lerman i left his office at peace with the detailed examination that Dr. Lerman examined me with even though I had to undergo several diagnostic tests. The staff at his office is professional, detailed, knowledgeable, highly efficient & they do everything with respect & kindness with the highest level of patience. I will always treasure that in my mind, heart & spirit. Everyone has been out of this world in Dr. Lerma’n’s office. The office has a wonderful feature in their telephone service which is that when you place a phone call & none of the options is what you need the receptionist will answer. Sofia is the receptionist at Dr. Lerman ‘s office. She listens carefully, knows answers or will find them for you & treats you with respect & kindness. Sofia is an asset to Dr. Lerman’s office. Thank you Dr. Lerman & staff. If you need a neurologist, Dr. Lerman is number one & his office & staff is a reliable experience in our time of need.
