Dr Lerman is fantastic and so kind!! Unfortunately when i called to schedule Sofia who answered the phone had terrible phone etiquette. So rude. What a shame because other than that, everything was perfect.
I am very disappointed in the “customer service” this office is providing, if I can even call it that. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Sofia. She was EXTREMELY rude and was speaking to me as if I was bothering her by calling. In all my years I have never been treated like this by a secretary. I heard great things about this doctor but I refuse to be treated in an office that has such nasty employees.
Hello! Everything thing was pleasant. But I'm curious 🤔 I was given a long list of my clinical work up, but I don't remember going through such a process. I recognize some of the things on the list, but not most...and why the same diagnosis code for so many things??? 🤔
Expensive if paying out of pocket. Very nice and helpful staff.
