I was having brain fog and vertigo symptoms for a few months and in July had an intense episode that also caused nystagmus (when eyes move side to side). During my evaluation, Dr. Lerman was very attentive, empathic and it was clear that he cared. The symptoms were affecting my ability to concentrate, balance, mood, sleep and overall quality of life. After the initial evaluation we decided the best course of treatment was to rule out anything serious and then come back once I got my MRI results. In the meantime I made changes to my diet, continued to work out (although not as often nor with the same intensity), I ramped up my meditation and stress management techniques and focused on healing. On my follow up visit which was in December, Dr. Lerman took his time, went over my results and reviewed the MRI, answered all of my questions and made me feel taken care of. I'm a physical therapist and have taught neuroscience. However when you are going through your own symptoms it can be a scary experience. I knew I needed to seek expert care. And this is what Dr Lerman is, an expert. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family. I'm happy to say I'm feeling better and I was able to do so without medication. His recommendations and attention to detail was top tier. I had a great experience overall. His staff was friendly, skilled and resourceful. From his front desk to the medical assistants and everyone on the team. Their smiles made all the difference, especially when I was feeling at my worst. Thank you Lily, Berto, Giancarlo and Melissa! And thank you Dr. Lerman, we need more docs like you in this world.

If I could leave zero starts I would. Front desk staff is poorly trained, rude and combative.

I have been calling this office for 2 weeks now to make an appointment. I’ve been told numerous times by Melissa that she would have to speak to the doctor first to get the ok. Each and every time I’ve been told I would get a call back. Still waiting. I will start looking elsewhere!

I appreciate everything he’s done for my father. He’s an amazing Doctor. He’s very caring, loves cracking jokes with his patients and makes sure they understand everything.

My mom was wrongly diagnosed and following the wrong treatments for many years. Almost on a wheelchair, God put us an angel on the way Dr. Andrew Lerman. He Correctly diagnosed my mom treated her given us the opportunity to have a new mom. Now she walks, dance and all thanks to the knowledge of Dr. Lerman, his incredible staff, the wonderful referral from Dr. Jonathan Gottlieb and marvelous hands of Dr. Aizik Wolf. Doctor great person very knowledgeable in his field is 100% I would recommend him with my eyes closed but he does not speak Spanish very good so I could understand him cuz my first language is Spanish and I went there cuz they said he speaks Spanish , also I was treated like 3 years old cuz people from this office and assistant of Dr. made me feel like I don’t understand anything and on phone they are the same , in the office they are very happy and sarcastic at same time , they charge you for every single minute that you spent in office so you’ll receive bills after Visit even though these people they would tell you that it’s all paid . Therefore if you go there get ready for sarcastic people , and receiving bills for weird things that maybe you didn’t even get treated, Thank you for reading these and good luck 👍.
